Another solid victory for the Magic tonight as they went to battle with the visiting Phoenix Suns.
Aaron Gordon started the game locked in and it showed. He shot an impressive 5/5 from 3, a couple of crazy dunks and ended the night scoring a season high 32 points. Markelle Fultz had a solid 13 points with 5 dimes; his progression has been great to watch this season and he’s only getting better! Fournier 21 points and T-Ross off the bench had a starter-like 22 points.
The Suns were giving the Magic a run for their money throughout the game but failed to catch up in the 4th quarter. It was a relatively cold night for Devin Booker and Frank Kaminsky picked up some of the slack scoring 23 points. Booker ended the night with 17 points, under his career average of 24.4PPG. To make matters worse, Kelly “Blueface” Oubre and Rubio were not able to get things going on offense, both scoring under 10 points in the game.
The Magic won 128-114.
